#tofu #myfavoritespot
This is one of my favorite restaurants.
Their dishes are genuine, savory, full of flavors, addictive, comparable and just simply #gaf
I wish they had a chain in Seoul but on my second thought, I think the flavor wouldn't be the same as their key ingredient is tofu, which they make fresh everyday.
My favorite is the #jjabaktofu
It simply is a tofu steam dish where they put in various spices to give that comparable flavor.
As the tofu is boiled, the flavor thickens and fills up the room with incredible smell.
My mouth is getting watery just thinking about it.
You must taste the soup as it is and then have a bit of soup with a slice of tofu and enjoy the texture and taste of tofu that blends with the soup and spices.
It really is heavenly.
You won't be able to stop at the first bite.
It goes very well with a spoon full of rice.
Fried tofu is amazing too.
Since they are prepared every morning, it is really fresh and you can taste the genuine taste of Korean tofu.
You will finish a bowl of rice in the blink of an eye.
It is normal to order more than the people sitting on the table.
Their side dishes are yummy too.
You won't stop eating until your bowl is empty.
Of course, you will end up asking for an extra bowl of rice or side dishes to continue.

#philippines #manila #chickenrice
This is my first time in Philippines.
So, I searched for restaurants near the hotel and I found Wee Nam Kee, a restaurant that originated from Singapore and is famous for their chicken rice.
There’s two choices.
Roasted and Steamed.
I ordered steamed and oh wow.
It was one of the most soft chicken I’ve ever had that was full of juice.
Rice is cooked with chicken broth and therefore is full of savory flavors.
I totally loved it.
I honestly could eat couple bowls of rice just as it is.
(As a Korean, I may need a dish of kimchi on the side tho #lol )
