1990년부터 자리를 지키고 있는 봉이 만두. 

취영루 출신 셰프님이 오픈한 중국 만두 전문점이다. 

만두 소진되면 못 먹는다. 

군만두는 오후 2시 이후에 판매한다. 

바쁘시면 군만두 판매 안 하신다. 

카드는 안 받으신다. 

테이블은 두 세개 밖에 없다. 

포장을 많이 한다. 

수년 동안 블루리본 받아왔다. 

역사와 맛이 함께 어우러져있다. 

그리고 아주머니의 친절함과 손맛도 어우러져있다. 

오전부터 빚어오신 만두가 한쪽에 수북하다.

​군만두는 후라이팬에 구우신다. 

노릇노릇하다. 

바삭하다. 

#튀긴 만두보다 바삭하다. 

육즙은 적다. 

그래서 더욱 담백하다. 

뜨거운데 먹어야 한다. 

냄새로 고소함을 먼저 먹고 만두를 먹는다. 

크기가 한입이다. 

부추 향이 만두 속과 잘 어우러진다. 

찐만두는 포장해서 갔는데 간장 살짝 찍고 단무지랑 먹으면 딱이다. 

만두 피에서 밀가루 향이 거의 안 난다. 

만두 피가 두껍지도 얇지도 않고 적당하다. 

최근 김치 만두가 새로 나왔는지 포장하는데 덤으로 맛보라고 주셨다. 

칼칼한게 맛난다. 

설날 떡국 끌여 먹을 때 김치 만두 한두개 넣어도 좋겠다. 

만두국도 있는데… 먹어볼껄… 한다.

The dumpling shop that’s been around since 1990. 

Almost three decades dedicated to dumpling. 

It is Chinese dumpling restaurant opened by one of the famous Chinese restaurant chef. 

They make dumplings each day and when they are sold out, they close. 

The steamed dumpling and pan fried dumpling is their main ones. 

The only difference is the way they are prepared. 

The pan fried ones are served only after two pm and if they are busy, they won’t make it. 

They only take cash. 

They got their way of working but the dumplings are so good that customers follow their rules.

They have been receiving blue ribbon for five years so far… with only dumplings. 

The fried dumpling is very crispy. 

Not too crispy but just enough. 

The inside of dumpling is not oily. 

That’s what makes the flavors of chive fill your mouth. 

The skin of dumpling is not too thin nor thick and it does not have that floury smell. 

Think they launched Kimchi dumpling recently. 

When I was getting some to go, they gave me couple to try. 

It has that slight spicy kick which is quite enjoyable.
