쌀국수 프렌차이즈 중 대명가 에머이. 

푸짐하다. 

쌀국수가 고급이다. 

육수는 참 맑고 깔끔하고 MSG 가 쩔어있는 맛이 아니다. 

고기국 맛에 좀 더 가깝다. 

국수 품질이 다르다. 

다른 프렌차이즈 쌀국수에서 약간의 퀘퀘한? 까끌한 향이 있는데 에머이는 깔끔하다. 

한그릇 당 사리 추가는 무료다. 

사리 추가해서 먹으면 정말 배부르다. 

하지만 무료로 주시는 사리는 넘어 갈 수 없다. 

쌀국수는 살 안 찐다. 

내가 찌지... ㅋ 

가격이 좀 있지만 다른 쌀국수 프렌차이즈도 가격대가 낮은게 아니니 에머이 가격이 비싸단 말은 하지말자. 

품질과 맛 생각하면 다른 프렌차이즈는 잘 안 가게 된다. 

쌀국수 별로 안 좋아하시는 어르신들도 좋아한다.

​쌀국수 외로 유명한 메뉴는 분짜. 

쌀국수 외로 크나큰 사랑을 받고 있는 분짜. 

바삭하고 고기도 적당히. 

소스에 시원하게 먹기에 좋다. 

그런데 야채볶음이 빠지면 안된다. 

정말 맛있다. 

볶음밥에 반찬으로 먹기에 아주 좋은 메뉴. 

아, 그리고 사진에는 없지만... 

머... 사진에는 쌀국수 밖에 없지만... 

볶음밥도 아주 찰지고 맛나다. 

적당히 볶았고 밥알들이 양념이 아주 잘 된-!! 

너무 흩어지지도 않고 야채볶음이랑 찰떡 궁합이다-!! 

종종 생각나는 에머이. 

곧 또 가야지-!!

I Love Pho. Let me say this again. #ilovepho

Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk about Emoi, one of the delicious pho franchise in Korea. 

They brought it good. 

Their broth is clean and does not taste like the broth is made up of MSG. 

The noodle is thick, chunky and full of texture while other franchises bring that normal powdery rice noodle that doesn't pack a whole lot of punch. 

With each bowl, they give out free bowl of extra noodle. 

If you don't say yes to that, there's something wrong with you.

There's other dishes like #buncha which is good during summer #imo as it's served cold with that vinegary sweet sauce. 

Of course, you cannot skipout on the stirred vegetable and the fried rice. 

I think the stirred vegetable is morning glory but I am not sure. 

It's green and it's vegetable and it's super yummy-!! 

The fried rice is perfect for anyone that does not feel for the noodle that particular day. 

Not too strong in flavor but is super delish. 

I am gonna pay them a visit soon. 

I am just saying...
