광장시장의 육회자매집은 김민자 사장님께서 1974년 여신 곳이다. 

#달콤짭짤 하게 양념한 육회와 육회에 #산낙지 를 얹은 #육회탕탕이 가 메인 메뉴다.

하지만 난 꼭 #육사시미 를 먼저 시킨다. 

달콤짭짤한 육회를 먹기 전에 깔끔하고 고소한 육사시미를 먼저 느끼고 싶기 때문이다. 

육사시미를 주문하면 매콤한 #특별소스 를 주시지만 개인적으로 기름장에 살짝 찍어 고소하게 먹는 것을 선호한다. 

참고로 육사시미는 일찍가야지만 먹을 수 있다.

육회는 채썬 배 위에 빈틈없이 얹어있고 그 위에는 계란 노른자와 참깨가 후하게 올려져있다. 

취향에 따라 비벼 먹어도 괜찮고 조금씩 소금기름장에 찍어 먹어도 맛있다. 

매일 공수받는 신선한 고기라 정말 맛있다.

#육회비빔밥 의 육회는 적지만 깻잎과 송송 썰은 오이를 매콤 달콤한 양념 소스에 비벼먹으면 꿀맛이다. 

개인적으로 육회를 먹다가 조금 남겨서 육회 비빔밥에 추가해서 먹으면 딱 알맞다. 

가끔 운동하는 분들이 오셔서 육회 한접시와 육회 비빔밥을 시켜서 한그릇 뚝딱하고 가시기도 한다. #브라보

그리고 아낌없이 주시는 #소고기무국 은 육회 준비하시고 남은 신선한 고기를 넣어 끓이셔서 매콤한 간에 신선한 고기의 달달함이 있다.

Since then, it has become one of the most famous place for raw meat in Seoul.

There are yookhwae, a raw meat in sweet salty sauce and yookhwae tangtange, which is a raw meat in sweet and salty sauce with live octopus. 

However, the first thing that I always order is yookhwae sashimi, which is just raw meat itself. 

They are served with a special spicy sauce but I prefer it with salt and pepper with a hint of sesame oil.

If you are someone that needs some rice in your system, I highly recommend yookhwae bibimbob, which is the raw meat served with vegetables, rice and some sauce to bring out the flavor.
