휑한 골목길 안쪽에 인기척 없을 것 같은 곳에 간판 색마저 바랜 식당이 하나 있다. 

하지만 이 식당은 대기하는 분들이 계시네... 골목 밖에만 봐도 휑한데,,, 

여길 보면 식당 위치가 크게 중요치 않은 것 같다는 생각이 든다. 

왜냐,,, 맛집은 알아서 오거든...

도착하니 이미 노릇노릇하게 고기가 익었다. 

매운쪽갈비와 양념쪽갈비 두가지 종류가 있는데 우리는 각자 기호에 따라서 양념쪽갈비를 매운 소스에 찍어 먹기로 했다. #찍먹 

고기는 탱글했고 씹히는 맛이 정말 찰졌다. 한입 먹고 아, 다시 와야지 바로 생각한-!!

 

​쪽갈비랑 같이 먹으려고 주먹밥을 시켰다. 

주먹밥도 #날치알주먹밥 과 #최루탄주먹밥 두가지가 있는데 우린 날치알로 주문하여 매운 소스를 찍어먹었다. 

참고로 #돼지껍데기 #소세지 를 주시는데 쪽갈비와 주먹밥 먹다가 중간중간 입가심으로 너무 좋았다. 

지인이 #껍데기 를 너무 잘 구워서 더 맛있었을 수도-!!

아, 그리고 쪽갈비 구울 때 노하우를 공개한다면,, 뼈있는 쪽이 거의 탈 정도로 익힌다. 

그래야 반대편에 있는 고기들이 속 깊까지 익혀지기 때문이다.

#hangdang is not exactly my hood. 

However, a friend of mine called me up for a #backrib and who coud resist a backrib?? 

After work, I travelled a good hour or so and when I got there, the street was empty. 

When I turned a corner tho, it was a different story. 

There was a line of people sitting, #patientlywaiting to have their name called. 

My friends arrived early and I thankfully didn't have to wait. 

It smelled great and what's even better is that my friends already barbecued the ribs so I dove right in. 

From the first bite, I knew I was coming back. The meat was so tender and juicy. 

They have two different types of ribs tho. One is sauced and the other is spicy. 

When I say sauced,,, it's has that mixture of that sweet and soyish taste to it and it is what we ordered as we could ask for spicy sauce as a side and dip to personal preference. 

Along with the ribs, we ordered #fistrice (literal translation) or #riceball and we also ordered the #nonspicy version so we could dip on the #spicysauce

As a side, they provide you with an egg dish pigskin and some sausage and you can enjoy them as well.

Will I visit again? Yes and possibly with new friends as I enjoy sharing new and #delish restaurants. 

I do highly recommend that you take your time out to visit. You won't regret it.
