첫 한입을 베어무는 순간, 신선한 충격이었다.

지난 몇년 동안 미국 시장에서는 매운맛 이 뜨고 있고 #고스트페퍼 #캐롤라이나리퍼 등의 매운 고추로 만든 소스나 레시피도 뜨는 시장 중 하나다.

사실 최근 #유투브 에 중독되어 해외 먹방채널 을 보다가 내쉬빌 치킨의 존재를 알게 되었는데 한국에서 맛보게 되어 우선 감사할 나름이다.

'처음인데 어떤 메뉴 추천하세요?' 라고 묻자 자신 있게 #더클래식 #레벨원 을 추천해주셨고 #감자튀김 도 먹어야하니 셋트로 주문했다. 

바로 튀겨진 #허벅지살 은 정말 탱글했고 시즈닝은 내 입맛에는 적당했다. 

짭잘하고 매콤한 맛이 올라올 때 #콜슬로 와 #피클 의 새콤함으로 잡아주는게 정말 맛깔낫다. 

버거는 전체적으로 #쥬시 한게 사장님이 시즈닝과 재료를 정말 후하게 주신걸 두 손으로 느낄 수 있었다.

재방문 의사는? 당연히-!! 더클래식 레벨2도 the O.G. 도 먹어봐야하고 후라이드 치킨 내쉬빌 치킨 맛으로도 먹어야하기 때문에 꼭 다시 와야한다-!! 

앞으로 먹어볼 메뉴들이 기대되는 곳이다.

I was not a big fan of spicy food until recently.

I am putting the blame on the #hotwing and the infamous show #firstwefeast where the host interviews the guest with hotter questions as they eat hotter wings.

This is where I heard about peppers like #ghostpepper #carolinareaper and got exposed to the Nashville Hot Chicken.

I ordered #theclassic #levelone as it was recommended by the owner.

When I got the burger (or sandwich...) I could smell the spicy kick and I was drooling.

I took some pictures (of course) and dove right in.

It was #juicy and #flavorful It was spicy but at very introductory level and the corn slaw honestly made this already juicy sandwich more flavorful and danced very well with the spicy flavor.

Honestly, imo the bun was a perfect choice. It was soft and sogged up majority of juice, keeping the sandwich as flavorful as possible.

Overall, I am excited that I was able to try Rocka-Doodle and will definately go again for the classic #leveltwo, the O.G. and Nashville style Hot Fried Chicken.
