대방어를 먹어본 적이 없는 나로서 친구들이 방어를 외치는 이유를 몰랐다.

앞으로는 무조건 매해 겨울에는 방어 먹으러 갈꺼니 기대해라 방어들아.

지인 소개로 가게 된 강남보물섬. 

가기 전에 검색해보니 가격대가 좀 있는 곳으로 적혀있는데 그 가격에 맞는 수준의 신선하고 맛난 횟집으로 소문이 자자했다. 

방어 대자로 한접시 시켰더니 입 떡 벌어지게 준비해주시는데 우선 애피타이저?? 로 나온게,,,

- 돌멍개, 해삼, 전복, 멍개, 개불, 소라, 딱새우, 가이바시, 해남김치

​개인적으로 해산물을 잘 모르는데 멍개와 전복은 신선하다는게 확 느껴졌다. 

탱탱한게 식감이 아주 우수하고 멍개는 비려서 안 좋아하는데 비린 맛이 거의 없었다. 

돌멍개는 처음보는데 이게 그리 귀한 보약이라며... ㅎㅎ 

이모님께 제가 해산물 맛은 잘 모르는데 정말 신선한게 느껴진다고 말씀드리니 

삼형제가 운영하는데 큰 형님이 바닷배와 거래해서 갖고 오셔서 신선 할 수 밖에 없다고... 

역시 맛집은 식자제가 중요하고 신선한 식자재를 공수하는 부지런한 사장님이 계신다.

해산물만 신선한게 아니라,,, 해남 김치가 좀 입맛을 확 잡아 당겨준다. 

약간 시큼하고 퀘퀘한데 밥 한공기는 바로 뚝딱-!! 하게하는 맛이다. 

진심 밥 한공기 해치우고 싶었으나 대방어 먹어야하니 꾸욱 참기로-!!

​대방어 한접시 대령-!!

대방어는 대방어, 참돔, 놀래미 로 구성되어 있다. 

방어가 이렇게 기름진 생선인줄 몰랐다. 

먹고 먹고 또 먹어도 계속 먹게 되는데 무슨 참치 뱃살 파티하는 기분?? 아니,,, 그 이상이었다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 

입안 가득 축복 받는 느낌이었다. 

대방어... 안 드셔보셨으면 어서 드셔보시고 지역이 강남이시면 신선한 횟집인 강남보물섬에서 드시길 추천합니다. 

왜 굳이 강남 보물섬을 추천하냐하면.... 

ㅂㅇㄱㅊㅉ 이 있기 때문입니다.

방어 김치찜으로 마무리를 했는데 방어 김치찜만 따로 먹으러 와야겠다. 

점심에는 점심 식사 메뉴로 방어 김치찜만 주문이 가능하다고 하시니...

Have you ever had Yellowtail Amberjack? 

If you have not, you wil be blown away by how rich in flavor they are-!! 

My friends kept mentioning yellowtail amberjack and honestly, I did not know what the big fuss was about. 

All I can say is that there may be people that has never had it but there cannot be someone that has only had it once cause it's rich and natural flavor is going to make you come back asking for more.

​I am not too big on seafood but the appetizer dish made up of sea squirt, sea cucumber, abalone, fan shell and etc., that they served were super fresh. 

The texture of each bite was full of flavors from the sea. 

The lady that served us informed us that the restaurant is owned by three brothers and the oldest one goes out to the ocean side and purchases all the ingredients each day and brings them to the restaurant.

Therefore, the freshness is guaranteed-!!

​While we were enjoying the appetizer, a huge dish full of yellowtail amberjack was served. 

It looked beautiful and before I had a chance to take a picture of it, the server took a piece, dipped it in a sesame oil and salt mix and shoved it right into my mouth and I must say... it was heavenly-!! 

I thought toro was delicious and full of flavor but hands down, imo, yellowtail amberjack wins. 

It was so rich and it just melted in my mouth. 

From the first bite, I knew that I was coming back for more.

We finished the dinner with one more dish, a yellowtail amberjack and kimchi stew. 

The rich fattening taste of yellowtail amberjack and spicy kick of kimchi tangled and made love just so that they could pleasure us. 

It was beautiful. 

I could down couple bowls of rice with this no problem.

It was lovely dinner. I am definately coming back for more. 

Highly recommend it. It was good-!!!
