난 #냉면이좋다

솔직히 말하자면 평양 냉면을 사랑한다. 

우래옥, 필동, 을지, 벽제, 봉피양, 평양면옥, 을밀대 등 평양냉면 을 먹으며 내 평생 컸는데, 약 십여년전 우연치 않게 동아냉면을 가보게 되었다. 

처음에는 적응하기 어려웠고 첫 방문 후, 두번째 방문까지 몇년이 걸렸다.

하지만 지금은 다르다. 

약 이주에 한번은 출근 도장을 찍고 있다. 

주중에는 직장 때문에 못 가지만 주말에는 필수고 주로 토요일이나 일요일 아침 개업 시간에 맞춰서 간다.

​저만의 맛있게 먹는 방법을 소개하자면...

1. #비빔냉면 #만두 #냉육수 를 주문하고 #무생채는 두개 받는다.

2. 만두 나올 때 같이 달라고 부탁을 한다.

3. 만두가 나오면 가위로 반씩 짜르고 #비냉 #매운소스 양 조절하여 비비고 무생채와 냉면을 한입 먹는다.

4. 바로 만두 반개를 먹는다.

계속 먹다보면 약 두입 정도 남게 될 때 냉육수를 투척한다. 비냉 먹다가 이제 물냉을 먹는 셈인. #ㅎㅎ

다 먹고 뜨거운 육수로 매운 맛으로 달궈진 입을 행궈주면 끝-!!

곰곰 얇은피 고기 만두(냉동)

How I enjoy Donga is as below.

1. Order a #bibimnaengmyeon #mandoo and #coldbroth (If you are into pickeled raddish get couple servings from the start)

2. Ask for all menues to be served at the same time and when they come, cut all mandoo into half, making four pieces to be eight pieces. 

(This is the bite size for me but if you prefer to take one per bite, thumbs up-!!)

3. When the bibim naengmyeon comes, mix it with the spicy sauce but go easy on it and see how you like it first. 

Put a bit of pickeled raddish and take a bite at the naengmyeon.

4. When you have only couple bites left, pour the cold broth in, mix it and enjoy.

5. When you are all done, don't pay up and walk out of the store. Make sure you get a cup of hot broth and take a couple sips and let it burn your mouth.
