#인제 를 지인들과 가기로 계획한 건 약 두 달 전... 두달 전부터 #인제스피디움 에서 #서킷주행 을 목표로 계획을 세웠다. 

그런데 #맛집투어 도 당연한 코스로~!! 원래는 #인제재래식손두부 갈 계획이었는데 #완판 되어 

사장님 퇴근하신 관계로 못 갔고 메뉴를 두부에서 #막국수 로 바꿨다.

40년 전통의 원대막국수는 점심시간이 훌쩍 지났는데도 앉을 자리가 

거의 없을 정도로 사람이 붐볐고 들어가는 순간 고소한 #참기름냄새 가 코를 진동했다. 

아직 한입도 먹지 않았지만 #맛집인정

개인적으로 막국수는 맛이 있었지만 눈이 휘둥그래질 정도는 아니었다. 

편육도 뭐 그냥그냥... 

하지만 감자전이 판을 바꿨다. 겉은 #바삭바삭 한데 속은 #쫄깃쫄깃 한게 

와-!!! 정말 고소하고 식감도 좋고 너무 맛있었다. #감사히잘먹었습니다

​This #buckwheatnoodle restaurant has been around for more than forty years. 

I arrived at the restaurant a little past 13:00, after the usual lunch hours but the restaurant was still packed and only couple tables were available. 

Luckily, me and my friends were seated and the customers that came after us had to wait.

The restaurant was filled with savory smell of #sesameseedoil and it really stirred up my appetite. 

We ordered #potatopancake, boiled pork slices and the buckwheat noodle. 

The potato pancake really hit my spot. It was so #crispy outside but chewy inside with simple yet so delicious I could not stop eating it... until I ate 'em all. 

If you visit Inje or are lucky to be near the area, I highly recommend that you do check this restaurant out and order as many dishes you would like to as the buckwheat is supposed to help with digestion.
